If your application to become a creator has been rejected, it may be for the following reasons:

• You have uploaded an invalid document to verify your identity.
• The quality of the images has been low and does not clearly show the faces and/or data of the document.
• The data you have uploaded do not match the document.
• The person in the documentation does not match the applicant.

We reserve the right to reject applications that do not meet our requirements. However, if you have doubts about this, you can write a ticket to support to find out the specific reason for the rejection and submit the case for review.
